This spring I realized that I had a significant problem in my pole barn that was caused by a family of raccoons. They had moved into the 40'x60' structure and had created a terrible situation. There was feces in the rafters and in the space above the ceiling of my pole barn office. In addition to their droppings, there were urine stains in the rafters and ceiling. This past summer, my wife and I had some work that needed to be done around our home; including power-washing-and-staining of-our deck, plus we realized that we had a big problem, in that animals had built nests in our home.
