Over the past several years, America’s Pros has done a number of jobs at my home in Ferndale, including building a new asphalt driveway 7 years ago. Then last summer I contracted America’s Pros to do painting on the outside of my home and then to build a new concrete sidewalk and front porch, which turned out better than I expected. The new porch and sidewalk made my home look a lot nicer and they installed new hand rails too which made it safer. Most recently America’s Pros did work in my kitchen by replacing the flooring and re-working the counter-tops. And I must say that the job looks great and best of all the price was good, like it’s always been. Earlier this month I called America’s Pros in order to get a price for adding insulation to our home’s attic here in South Lyon.

Scott, your company was very responsive to our request to get pricing as soon as possible, because you came out right away and gave my wife and me a very detailed proposal. During your inspection you pointed out that the wrong size baffle vents had been installed between the rafters and that the insulation we had in our attic was plugging all of the soffit vents, hence preventing the air from circulating correctly. After Mary and I discussed the insulation work we needed, we asked you to give us a price to fix the rotted wood around two of our upstairs windows. Well, as you promised, the next day you called us back and gave us a very fair price to fix the windows. So, based upon the low cost of adding insulation to our attic and the price to repair the windows, we chose America’s Pros for all of the work. After your crew finished the work we inspected the job and were very pleased to find it was completed as you promised us, that being neatly and efficiently. Furthermore, your entire crew arrived at our home on time and they paid close attention to detail while insulating our attic and making window repairs. It has been our pleasure at T A Systems to have worked with you on recent projects. You have been very responsive to all my phone calls, requests for quotes, changes, and completing the work that T A Systems has contracted to America’s Pros. America’s Pros has been a pleasure to work with, completing the remodeling of Plant II was made painless with all your help. America’s Pros completed the painting, roofing, and remodeling of the building with efficiency and within the promised time. The remodeling included everything from concrete work, building a break/lunch room, painting the entire interior of the building, disconnecting and disposing of some old machinery, building a partition for some of our new office area and also carpeting the offices. Your proposals were thorough and more importantly within our budget. So, we chose America’s Pros for all of this work. Because of the great work done in the remodeling of Plant II, it was without hesitation America’s Pros was asked to redo the roofs of T A Systems’ Plant I office area and also recover the roof on Plant II. After comparing your proposal to two other bidders, we found that America’s Pros was once again the most cost-effective, which allowed us to stay within our budget. Again the work was completed to our satisfaction. The minor problems that did arise from the paintin crew were addressed and corrected quickly, professionally, and without question. This was very much appreciated.
