It's been about six weeks since the drip started in our dining room from a prodigious ice dam. I appreciate how quickly you reacted and were inspecting my attic within a few days. We were leaving town and you were able to get a crew to our home in Birmingham the day before we left and pumped about 17 inches of insulation in our attic. There is a noticeable difference in the second story now that we're not heating our roof instead of our house. I still have the photos of the icicles that adorned our eaves troughs and the bare shingles that existed before. We certainly have noticed a big difference and look forward to comparing our gas and electric bills this coming season.
