Well four years ago you tried very hard to assist me here at Livernois Associates with repairs that needed to be done at the concrete approach to our buildings off of Livernois Road in Rochester Hills, but the owner decided to go with a cheap fix, that over time did not work and hold up. Scott, when it came time to have many trip hazards repaired on the steps and sidewalk at the back of building B and C, especially after someone fell and got injured, I convinced the owner to get the repairs made. So, I called America’s Pros and two other companies for a bid. After getting and reviewing all three of the proposals that I received, I chose to have America’s Pros make all of the repairs, because you not only had the best overall price, but good references too. I must say that I was very impressed with how quickly America’s Pros made all of the repairs and the quality of the work was great. So, please do not hesitate to use me as a reference for America’s Pros, as your crews do really good work, leave the job site nice and clean and I must say best of all your price for all of the work was very economical.
