When we determine that we need a project completed at our house, we typically get at least five estimates from five different companies. Sadly, it is very common for some phone inquiries to never be returned and for some appointments to end up being "no shows." That was certainly not the case with America's Pros! A real person actually answered the phone! Not only was our insulation estimate appointment kept, but you called a day in advance to remind us that you would be here and be on time. You were. You took the time to talk to us and clarify just what we wanted. You actually spent a lot of time crawling around our attic, determining our insulation needs. (Unlike a competitor who stuck his head up into the attic and made his estimate that way.) Your estimate of what we would save on gas and electric bills was realistic and, as it turned out, quite accurate. You not only gave us a written job estimate that did not change with the bill, you also called us a few days after your appointment with us to see if we had any questions or concerns that weren't addressed when you were here. You didn't stop there. You delivered the insulation materials the day before the job, in order that everything was here and ready for the next day's work. You arrived exactly when you said you would; the job took most of the day, as planned; you did not run out of materials; you used responsible safety procedures; workers were pleasant; and, they cleaned up completely before leaving. Many people look at cost only. It is a rare company now days who can provide a timely follow up to a customer inquiry phone call, offer fair, cost-effective work, provide courteous employees, and be punctual, too! One would think that would be standard customer service throughout the trades. It is not. So, when a company like America's Pros provides all those things, it can only be to your advantage and to ours. You did what you said you were going to do. You did it when you said you would. You did it for the cost you quoted. And, you did a good job. It doesn't get any better than that. Well done!
